Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number and/or Data Card mobile number recharges and all charges that result from those recharges/purchases. BMS is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number and Data Card mobile number.
However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the BMS, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for reasons like "invalid recharge denomination", "service provider unavailable" and/or other technical issues, The refund will be processed through same online mode in 7-8 working days. You can either utilize this amount by recharging again or you can get the same refunded back to your bank account or card. You can mark a mail to us inquiring about the exact reason for failure and we shall investigate the incident and get back to you.
In case the amount is not added back to you, then you may inform us by sending us an email on helpdesk@bmspvtltd.com or posting us a message on the Contact Us page, and raise a“Not Recharged” Request in the Utility option in the login Page .A Complaint Number is automatically generated and sent to you, Record the Number for future References.
Complaints on Recharges should be sent to us within 6 days from the date of transaction. On the receipt of Complaint on non update of the recharge sent by you. We will reply with the status of the transaction from 0 to 6 working days after confirmation of the transaction with the operator or the service provider, In case of the transaction is a successful transaction as per the service provider, the transaction number issued by the service provider will be given and the said transaction has to be verified and resolved with the respective operator or the service provider by you. In case of failure transaction the amount will be credited back to you or, The refund will be processed or, Initiated by BMS through the same online mode in 7-8 working days.
For refund of the Money Option of the failed transaction, you will have to send us a email for the request to helpdesk@bmspvtltd.com, the amount will be refunded within 0-7 business working days by transfer to your card or by NEFT your Bank Account as requested in the mail sent to us by you.
Reversal request by email should include in the following details - the Mobile Number/DTH Account Number/Data Card Number, Operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date Transaction Number and Account Number, IFSC Code for transfer of Amount.
